Karbalayi Mahmud Baqqal [the grocer], son of the late Mashhadi Muhammadi, sold one-fourth of a house located at Darvazah Kazirun of Shiraz to Ma‘sumah Khanum (daughter of the late Karbalayi ‘Abd al-Karim Baqqal and permanent wife of Karbalayi Masha’ Allah Zihtab) for one hundred tumans.

Haj Mirza Ibrahim Sarraf settled the mentioned half of a house with his sister, Fakhri Jan Baygum, on November 8, 1880 for fifteen tumans.
